Honor The Fallen With Thin Ribbons

In my opinion we reside in one of the strongest countries on Earth. We are at liberty to accomplish nearly anything that we desire. These freedoms are, however, paid a great price for. We are lent these powers by the servers of our national defense who combat for our freedom daily. They do not get to enjoy the freedom the way we do because they are fighting for us. They do not take weekends off like we do either. They are part of a daily conflict to keep this country safe. A large lot of my acquaintances have united with this elite group of people who struggle for us daily.
I recently called on a friend who came back from an international tour. He was only in the area for a short time, so I wanted to make sure I went to visit his house. He originated from a military family, so he knew since he was young that he was going to enlist in the military. He wanted the military and every facet of it. His grandad was a adorned veteran who had a remarkable influence over their family. His army ribbons still strung up above the fireplace next to his picture honoring his life. That day, I found that there was an bare portion next to his photo that used to house two thin ribbons.
I inquired about the two thin ribbons, and I determined that they had been tarnished during festivities lately. They had attempted to wash them, but with no success. I asked if they had planned to exchange them, but amazingly, they did not realize this was an option. I suddenly experienced pride that I could help this family unit pay honor to a war fighter who had meant the world to them. I went to the computer and demonstrated to them that they could purchase replacements on the internet. Almost every kind of medal or ribbon was ready for purchase, so they had a grand chance to exchange their soiled treasure. It was simple to show them how to employ the website, and I of late heard that they have been advocating this site to most of their fellow friends who had akin issues.
